I ended up using the rear stand to lift the bike up with the engine stand attached, then with some difficultly removed the bolts and let the stand drop off.
Everything's torqued down...now the tricky part of getting the assembly off the stand.
The swingarm is first mounted to the frame before the frame is lowered into position on the engine. I was able to pivot the frame down from the front engine mount without assistance! Best to get the chain on there first.
The engine's mounted to it's stand and is ready for the swingarm and frame.
Here's the bracket I made to hold the frame to the stand for painting.
